1 Before the event

We are ready for your event 365 days a year and 24 hours per day. Our office staff is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM till 5:30 PM. Would you like a tour of our location? No problem! Contact us for a meeting.

Your tickets can be payed online or via transfer. Using transfer an administrative fee of €35,- will be charged. It's not possible to pay for tickets on location.

You can make changes in your reservation up to 3 days before the event, through MyAccount. Do you want to change anything in the days before the event? Give us a call!

Any late cancellers? You can use your MyAccount to cancel single tickets. 

The value of the tickets can be used up to 2 years after the date of for a new booking at one of our labels:

  • Up to 20% of the number of tickets can be converted
  • There is a maximum of 10 tickets
  • You can put the tickets on hold one day after your event

As soon as you have made an online booking or offer, you will automatically have made a MyAccount account! You can log in to change your offer to a reservation, make alterations, or add extras!

No you don't, that is the great thing about our concept! We will set up all 100(!) activities for you, and you can decide what you want, when you are here! A personal instructor will take the lead and he/she knows where to find the best activities for your group! Of course, you can check our website to see all the activities, so you can tell your instructor what you definitely don't want to miss!

2 During the event

Yes, they are for rent at the cost of €2,-. We advise you to share one locker with your whole team.

Yes, there is. You can find all the instructions on your e-ticket. 

During the active program, you can get wet or dirty, but that is up to you! If you bring your swim gear, you can take a dive in the Beldert Beach. Our advice? Wear sporty/casual clothing, bring your bathing suit and make sure to bring an extra set of dry clothes. 

There a outdoor showers at the beach, please feel free to use them. If you also booked an evening proigram in combination with your afternoon program you can also use ther showers in our inside location and our mainhall.

Op ons terrein bieden we je allerlei in- en outdooractiviteiten. Bij minder weer zijn er alleen indoor al ruim 30 activiteiten te vinden! Je mag overigens ook gewoon naar buiten, er staan namelijk altijd leenparaplu’s voor je klaar. Hoe dan ook: weersomstandigheden spelen eigenlijk helemaal geen rol!

Our terrain is packed with indoor and outdoor activities. There are more that 30 indoor activities for when the weather is bad. Of course, we can also just take an umbrella and continue outside! Either way: the rain won't ruin your day!

Your personal instructor is also your bartender, and he/she will take care of you during the day. Paying for drinks can be done through the card you received, through vouchers (beverage package) or through an account (only for companies). It is not allowed to eat/drink your own food during your event. You can eat/drink your own consumptions before or after the event, on the beach! 

It's very important to bring your card, because this is your entry ticket as well as a payment card. If you forgot to bring your card it's possible to receive a new one at the cost of €8,- at our reception desk. However, the value of your other card with not be transferred to you new card. This mean, if you lost your card, the money cannot be restored.

Of course! Your personal instructor will make sure that there are activities for everyone. Activities with a safety sign should be avoided. Want to try them anyway? That is at your own risk! 

Yes, this is possible in nearby Van der Valk Hotel Tiel. We offer you the ease of 1 point of contact plus a beneficial all-inn price, including breakfast, reservation costs and a free upgrade to more luxurious rooms if available. If your searching for something less luxurious, there are plenty of campings in our vicinity (Zoelen). Some of these are: Camping Graaff en Woerd, Bed & Breakfast de Bloesemgaard or Campingpark Zennewijnen. This last one has eight cabins, a Bed & Breakfast and traditional camping places. 

Yes, if you inform us beforehand we'll gladly adapt to any dietary wishes. 

3 After the event

You can write a review on Tripadvisor, by using this link.

You can cancel tickets through MyAccount, even up to a day after the event. After you have submitted the card numbers, we will review and conform the value. You can save the value, or send it to someone as a gift!

After your morning or afternoon program, you receive free access to our Beldert Beach! This beautiful beach is equipped with a trendy beach club, a killer surf slide, and a 1.000m2 water park! There are also several BBQ options. Find a place in the sun and.. enjoy! Beldert Beach is open from april 1st to november 1st from 10.00 to 19.00.
